If iForgot.apple.com unlock Go to the following guide
On your iOS device, go to "Settings" and scroll down to "iCloud".
Tap the email address at the top of the iCloud screen.
Click "Forgot your Apple ID or password?" Now you have one of two options:
• If you have forgotten your password, enter your Apple ID and click "Next."
• If you have forgotten your Apple ID, click "Forgot your Apple ID?". You must enter your full name and details before you can receive your Apple ID.
You must answer the security question to receive your Apple ID.
