To activate the Searing Exarch’s influence, you must complete Tier 13+ maps that are affected by his influence. Once you complete these maps, you will be granted an Invitation to fight the Searing Exarch, which can then be used in your Map Device.
How to Get Searing Exarch Influence:
Complete Tier 13 and higher maps with Searing Exarch's influence to receive the Exarch’s Invitation.
You’ll need to progress through the Siege of the Atlas content and defeat The Black Star (another pinnacle boss) to unlock access to the influence of the Exarch.
