The first step a user needs to take is to access the official Volaris Airlines website (www.Volaris.com) from their device.
At the top of the page is the Manage My Bookings section, click My Bookings
A box will appear on the screen and you will need to enter a confirmation number, first name, and first name to continue.
On the next tab, all flights will be displayed on the screen, select the booking you need to cancel and click Change Flight.
