The first step a user needs to take is to access the official Emirates Airlines website (www.Emirates.com) from their device.
At the top of the page is the Manage My Bookings section, click My Bookings
A box will appear on the screen and you will need to enter a confirmation number, first name, and first name to continue.

In the next step, click Confirm Cancellation and also confirm Emirates Airlines before continuing
