Ever wake up in the morning and think "I REALLY DON'T WANT TO DO ANY OF THIS TODAY?"
Well, for a very long period in my 20s, I felt the same way too. The mornings were the roughest part of the day for me, and to combat that and counteract it, I ended up doing morning rituals to improve my mood.
