If your thunderbird email not working or not supporting security encryption, then you may receive a popup where it will explain you about the error, Click on the "Change Settings" option in the popup and copy the below mentioned thunderbird email settings to fix this issue:
- Modify the security settings from TSL -> SSL
- Port should be set as 993
- Your method to authenticate yourself should be set as "Normal Password"
