If you have iPhone and your iCloud mail not working then you can fix this with in few steps:
1. Go to iPhone settings and enter your name > iCloud to find mail option > enable the available option
2. In setting allow all data, to automatically pushed new data into your mail account.
3. Make sure cellular data or wifi should be On.
4. Restart your device
