3 nopales
2 tomatoes
2 radishes
bunch of parsley
bunch of cilantro
juice of 1 lime

1 bunch of kale
1-2 apples
1 cauliflower cut into small pieces
1 red bell pepper
1 cup pomegranate seeds
2-3 stalks of celery
small bunch of dill
dressing: 1 avocado mashed with juice of 1 lime
Sweet Coconut Salad:
2 apples
1 pear
2 persimmons
pomegranate seeds
Dressing:
meat of 1 young coconut
1/4 coconut water
cinnamon to taste
