Creative Bioarray has developed our unique CRISPR/Cas9 cellular gene knockout/knockin platform to accurately knockout/knockin specified genes. Compared with traditional TALENs (transcription activator-like effector nucleases) and ZNFs (zinc finger nucleases), CRISPR enables efficient and flexible gene knockout/knockin at a competitive cost. Our scientists are experienced in using CRISPR/Cas9 to provide single-gene, dual-gene, or gene fragment knockout, from gRNA construction to transfection and monoclonal generation of various host cell lines such as HEK293T, HeLa, HCT116, HepG2, A549 and other difficult-to-transfect immortalized cell lines.

Candle Boxes
They can protect the product and convey an image of sophistication to consumers. Candles used to be used to light up a room in the past. Nowadays they still can be used to do this but they are also employed to decorate a room or for therapeutic reasons. Some religions also utilize them for symbolic purposes.  The businesses selling candles need to try and get their product recognized amongst the competition so that people can know it exists and consider buying it. Candle boxes can help market the candle whilst protecting it from stuff that can damage it. The packaging can give people a certain impression of the brand and candle which can end up conveying them to get it.   The following looks at why packaging for candles is important for branding and safety:   Protect products   The packaging needs to ensure the candle remains secure in it and customers receive it in good-condition. Candles can break when too much pressure is applied on them. Consumers will not be pleased if they open the box and find a broken candle in it.   The packaging must be strong and capable of protecting the candle from stuff that can impact it. Consumers will more likely buy a candle placed in a strong box rather than one in weak packaging as the image of quality is conveyed with sturdy packaging.   Materials that can be chosen to make the box include options like cardboard, paperboard, or Kraft paper. Consumers can even get a glimpse of the candle when it is put in window boxes wholesale whilst still ensuring the candle remains safe. This is if the plastic film included on the window area is also sturdy.   Secure packaging   Brands that chose to get a box which is the right dimensions will be further protecting the candle from getting damaged. This is because it will be able to fit properly in the box and not move around too much due to being placed in a huge box. The box will even not be really small making it difficult for customers to take out the candle.   When candles are placed in the right size and shape box, they are presented in a better way when customers open the packaging. If more than one candle is being packaged, custom inserts can be included in the box to separate the products.   Functional packaging design   Consumers do not want to buy products that complicate their lives. When people look at the packaging they should immediately know what to expect in the box. A user-friendly packaging design can help here.   Relevant details about the candle can be noted on the box such as its scent, warnings, etc. The candle can even be shown directly to potential consumers when it is placed in window packaging. People will get to see its design, color, etc. which can give them more confidence to buy it.   Attractive packaging   The packaging needs to get recognized even when it is with the competition if people are to know your brand exists and is selling candles worth buying. A brand should carefully consider what colors, images, designs, etc. to include on the box that can help make it stand out to the target audience.   Colors that give people a certain feeling and let them know what type of candle to expect in the box can be included. For instance if you are selling a lavender-scented candle, you can include the color purple on the box to let people immediately know the scent of the product.   High-end brands can add colors that suggest luxury such as black and gold to let people know they will get a good-quality product in the box. Finishing touches may also be added on the box such as a textured impact, gold or silver foiling, etc. so that the packaging looks more magnificent. Eco-friendly brands can add colors that suggest nature like green.   A high-quality image of the candle can be printed on the box or the custom boxes design can be kept minimal to make it stand out prominently.   Brand details   Custom candle boxes can help let people know your brand is selling candles. This is when the right brand information is included on the box which helps with brand recognition purposes. Details such as a brand logo and brand colors are important here. They can be incorporated into the packaging design so that it is easy for people to recognize them.   A brand can even add its contact details on the box so that consumers know where the business is physically located. A brand that includes its social media links can promote itself and its products when consumers visit these links.   Custom candle packaging designed right has the ability to protect the candle and promote it amongst the competition. Luxury rigid boxes can help a brand stand out in the market. Consumers can know your brand exists and is selling good-quality candles that are worth buying. This first impression can be conveyed with the packaging of the product. If it is sturdy and designed to attract the target audience to it, it can market the brand positively.

Neuronal connections at different synapses form the complex activities of the brain. Therefore, developing technologies to dissect brain circuits has become imperative for neuroscience to understand brain functions. Genetically engineered recombinant viral vectors have become powerful tools for visualizing neural connectivity due to their ability to efficiently enter cells and deliver various genes. Creative Biogene offers a variety of RABV-derived neuronal tracing tools. These vectors have higher efficiency, specificity, and the ability to visualize complex neural connections across multiple synaptic steps. Our advanced neuronal tracing tools are designed to provide unparalleled insights into brain circuits, overcome the limitations of traditional tracers, and harness the power of recombinant viral vectors for precise cell-specific neuronal mapping.

Herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV-1) belongs to the α-subfamily of the Herpesviridae family and is distinguished from the β- and γ- subfamilies by its rapid reproduction rate and ability to infect and remain latent in neurons. As a ubiquitous and highly contagious human pathogen, HSV-1 has a very high infection rate worldwide. HSV infects epithelial cells in the skin, spreads through sensory nerves, and ultimately reaches the neuronal perikarya in the central nervous system. These findings inspired scientists to test the potential of HSV for neural circuit tracing in the 1980s.

Human Retinal Microvascular Endothelial Cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from human retinal tissue. Human Retinal Microvascular Endothelial Cells are grown in T25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based solution for 2 min and incubated in Creative Bioarray’ Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days. Cultures are then expanded. Prior to shipping, cells at passage 3 are detached from flasks and immediately cryopreserved in vails. Each vial contains at least 0.5×10^6 cells per ml. The method we use to isolate endothelial cells was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. These cells are pre-coated with PECAM-1 antibody, following the application of magnetic beads pre-coated with secondary antibody.

GPCR drug screening is essentially based on testing available molecule libraries. Such libraries can contain thousands of different compounds derived either by natural sampling, random synthesis or both, which are tested for their ability to bind to or interfere with the function of a GPCR molecule. Given the large number of molecules in those libraries, the use of high-throughput screening technologies that enable rapid testing through miniaturization and parallelization is indispensable. Creative Bioarray offers a comprehensive selection of binding and functional GPCR assays to meet the GPCR drug discovery research needs of both chemists and biologists. As a pioneer in this field, we can save your time and cost of the discovery programs by taking advantage of our expertise and innovative technology platforms.
